Exploring in the Nature
Happy Monday :)
Last weekend was pretty productive for us. We took the kitties to the vet, walked 6 miles at the park, cleaned the house, meal prepped, and hosted my friends to introduce the kitties to them.
The highlight was the nature walk at the park. My boyfriend and I’ve been doing the 6-mile walk to prepare for the Hot Chocolate Run we’re going to be attending in November. We need to start training but for now, we’re starting slow and walking once a week on the weekend.
We decided to go the opposite trail from what we normally do. It was a straight pathway and a lot of hills. During the walk, I found some wild fruit/berries and plants that caught my attention. Breathing in the fresh air was also refreshing.
If you’re able to make time to go to the park, get out! Get away from our fast-paced lives and enjoy the calmness of nature and take things slow.
